Noosa PrintYou've got the tools. The business still runs the same way.
Most owners we meet aren't short on ideas about where AI can help their business. They're short on guidance: someone who can tell them where it fits, whether it's even worth it, and get their team using it properly.
“Everyone’s telling me I need AI. Nobody can tell me where.”
The hype is loud. What’s missing is someone who looks at how your business actually runs and shows you where AI fits, and where it doesn’t.
“We’re paying for the tools, but nothing’s changed.”
The ChatGPT and Copilot licences are bought. The work still gets done the same way it always has.
“My team uses AI, but everyone’s doing their own thing.”
No shared way of working, no training and nothing written down. Some people use it every day, others not at all.
“Everything still runs through me.”
Quotes, decisions and know-how sit with you and a few key people. Any time saved disappears back into the day.
Why owners come to us after trying something else
Gives everyone access. Doesn’t change how work flows through the business.
Adds capacity, and adds another person the business depends on. Processes aren’t fixed.
Tells you what to fix. Leaves you to work out the tools and do it.
Finds where AI fits, fixes the process with you, and stays until your team uses it.

Three steps from first call to a team using it

Discovery call
We talk about your business, where it’s stuck and where you want it to go. If an audit isn’t the right move, we’ll tell you.
The AI Opportunity Audit
Interviews with your key people, process mapping, and a costed roadmap with recommended solutions. Typically 14 days.
Fix it together
We scope the first phase separately, build it with you, train your team and stay involved while it beds in.
A clear, costed plan for where AI fits your business
We look at the business as a whole, not one tool or one task. You get a written report that is also your roadmap, and we walk you and your leadership team through it.
- Where the business is losing time, money or capacity, with a cost on each
- Every opportunity ranked, with what needs fixing first
- Recommended solutions, checked for technical feasibility before you see them
- How your team uses AI today, and where they need upskilling

A costed roadmap, or your fee back.
If the audit doesn’t give you a documented, costed breakdown of where your business is losing time, money or capacity, and a clear implementation roadmap with recommended solutions, we’ll refund your fee in full.

You deal with the founder, start to finish.
I’m Alessandro. I run every discovery call and every audit interview myself, and our implementation partner checks every recommendation is technically sound before you see it.
I started out in investment management and wholesale power trading, where I learned to pull a business apart: how decisions get made, how work and logistics move, and where good people quietly carry process gaps nobody has time to close. Now I run my own business, so I know what it’s like to be the one it depends on. I want to help owner-led businesses scale and adopt new technology on their own terms, not get left behind while big corporates take the market. That’s why I look for where your processes can improve first, and why I work directly with every owner myself. A dedicated development partner builds and manages what each audit finds.
We already use ChatGPT. Haven’t we adopted AI?
You’ve got access. Adoption is when it changes how work gets done across the business, with a team that knows when and how to use it. The audit shows you the gap between the two.
What if AI isn’t the answer for us?
Then we’ll tell you. Sometimes the right first step is a process fix or better use of software you already pay for. The audit is built to be useful either way.
How much does it cost?
The audit is a fixed fee, set by how many people we interview. We’ll confirm it on the discovery call, before you commit to anything.
Will this disrupt how my team already works?
No, and that’s by design. We don’t roll out changes top-down or all at once. Every audit starts by talking to the people actually doing the work, not just leadership, and any build that follows is phased: one process at a time, settled before we move to the next. Nothing gets forced on your team. It gets built around how they already operate.
We’ve tried AI tools before and nothing stuck. Why would this be different?
Because most AI tools are handed to a business without anyone mapping where they actually fit. A tool without a diagnosis behind it is a guess, and that’s usually why it didn’t stick. We start with the diagnosis, not the tool, and nothing gets built until it’s earned its place.
Do we have to commit to a build after the audit?
No. The audit is a complete, standalone engagement, and you walk away with a clear, ranked roadmap either way. What you do with it afterwards, including whether you work with us again, is entirely your call.
Will this replace my staff?
No. The aim is to take repetitive work off good people so they can do the work they’re actually good at, and so the business can grow without growing headcount at the same rate.
