Who it's for

Owners who want AI to actually help

Established businesses that hear a lot about AI and want to use it, but don't know where to start, what to prioritise or which tools to use. It also suits businesses already paying for AI tools where the team isn't getting real value from them.

The audit looks at the business as a whole, not one tool or one task in isolation.

What it solves
  • Not knowing where to start with AI
  • Processes that are unclear or undocumented
  • Knowledge that lives in people’s heads
  • Admin and bottlenecks you can feel but haven’t mapped
  • Not knowing whether your systems and data are ready for AI
  • AI tools your team isn’t using well, or at all
What changes

From tools that don't talk to one workflow your team runs

The audit finds where things are tangled and gives you the roadmap to untangle them: which tools to connect, what to fix first, and how your team needs to work with them.

Before: ten tools, none of them talking, and everything runs through you.

How tools connect before and afterTen common tools, including HubSpot, Gmail, WhatsApp, Slack, ChatGPT and Excel, scattered around the owner in the middle with no connections between them. After, they sit in order and are connected to one workflow, with data flowing in and out.Youholding it togetherOne workflowyour team runsRe-keyedSyncedLost in chatsCapturedNo shared waySet up properlyOnly you knowWritten downHubSpotCustomer recordsGmailQuotes and ordersWhatsAppJobs and photosXeroInvoicesPhone callsNot written downSlackTeam chatChatGPTUsed one-offExcelThe real numbersNotebookIn one headShared driveFive versions

What we look at

The whole picture, not one tool

01

How work actually happens

Walked through with the people who do it, not just described by leadership.

02

Where systems and data don’t connect

The gaps where people re-key, chase and cross-check the same information.

03

How your team uses AI today

The tools you already pay for, and whether anyone is getting real value from them.

04

Where your people need upskilling

What your team would need to know to use AI well, and who needs it first.

05

Whether each solution will work

Every recommendation is checked for technical feasibility with our implementation partner before the roadmap is presented.

What you get

One report. One roadmap.

A written report that is also your roadmap

One document: what the business does well, the bottlenecks, what needs to change first, upskilling needs, and how to proceed with the first AI solution.

A walkthrough with your leadership team

We present it to you and your leadership team, so you’re deciding what happens next, not reacting to a report.

Sometimes the roadmap will say foundational work has to come first, such as documenting what's currently in people's heads, before AI can be put to work. If that's the case, we'll tell you plainly.

Our guarantee

A costed roadmap, or your fee back.

If the audit doesn’t give you a documented, costed breakdown of where your business is losing time, money or capacity, and a clear implementation roadmap with recommended solutions, we’ll refund your fee in full.

How the audit runs

Seven steps, about 14 days

  1. 01

    Discovery call

A 20-minute conversation about your bottlenecks, your biggest issues and where you want the business to go.

  2. 02

    Agreement

You sign the agreement and the audit begins.

  3. 03

    Interviews

We interview the key people, usually the owner or decision maker, office administration and the sales team. Each takes about 45 minutes to an hour. Field and operational staff are usually not needed unless they use specific software during their day.

  4. 04

    Mapping and analysis

We map the processes end to end, including the tools and AI your team already uses.

  5. 05

    Feasibility and upskilling

Each proposed solution is checked for technical feasibility, and we assess where your people would need training.

  6. 06

    Report and roadmap

One prioritised document, with the cost of each problem and a recommended first step.

  7. 07

    Walkthrough

We take you and your leadership team through it together.

An honest note

When an audit isn't the right move

We would rather tell you on the discovery call than take your money. It's probably not the right time if:

  • There’s no real process problem or commercial reason to act yet.
  • The person who decides isn’t involved, or staff can’t give time for interviews.
  • You’re after a free consultation or a guaranteed result.
  • The business is run by one or two people with no back-office team, so there’s little process volume to improve.
What happens after

No obligation to go further

  • The audit is a complete, standalone engagement. You walk away with a ranked roadmap either way.
  • If there’s a clear opportunity and you want to go further, we prepare a separate scope for the first phase, agreed before anything is signed.
  • There’s no obligation to continue. What you do with the roadmap is up to you.
  • The audit fee isn’t credited toward a later build, because the audit stands on its own.
