What does an AI Opportunity Audit involve, and what do I get?
We interview your key people, map how work actually happens, and check how your team uses AI and your existing tools today. You get one written report that is also your roadmap, with every opportunity ranked, the cost of each problem and recommended solutions, and we walk you and your leadership team through it. The audit page has the full process.
How long does it take?
Typically 14 days. The main thing that affects timing is how quickly your people are free for interviews, and whether a site visit is needed.
What if AI isn’t the answer for us?
Then we’ll tell you. Sometimes the right first step is a process fix or better use of software you already pay for. The audit is built to be useful either way.
We already use ChatGPT. Haven’t we adopted AI?
You’ve got access. Adoption is when it changes how work gets done across the business, with a team that knows when and how to use it. The audit shows you the gap between the two.
Do we need to change the software we use?
Not by default. We start with the tools you already use, and only recommend something new where it clearly earns its place.
Who will I work with?
Alessandro, the founder, from the first call to the final walkthrough. He runs every discovery call and every audit interview himself. A development partner checks that each recommendation is technically sound before you see it.
Will this disrupt how my team already works?
No, and that’s by design. We don’t roll out changes top-down or all at once. Every audit starts by talking to the people actually doing the work, not just leadership, and any build that follows is phased: one process at a time, settled before we move to the next. Nothing gets forced on your team. It gets built around how they already operate.
We’ve tried AI tools before and nothing stuck. Why would this be different?
Because most AI tools are handed to a business without anyone mapping where they actually fit. A tool without a diagnosis behind it is a guess, and that’s usually why it didn’t stick. We start with the diagnosis, not the tool, and nothing gets built until it’s earned its place.
Will this replace my staff?
No. The aim is to take repetitive work off good people so they can do the work they’re actually good at, and so the business can grow without growing headcount at the same rate.
Do you work with businesses outside Queensland?
Yes. We’re based on the Sunshine Coast and work with businesses across Australia. We recommend a day or two on site with your team during an audit, and we travel to you, no matter where you are.
How much does it cost?
The audit is a fixed fee, set by how many people we interview. We’ll confirm it on the discovery call, before you commit to anything.
Do we have to commit to a build after the audit?
No. The audit is a complete, standalone engagement, and you walk away with a clear, ranked roadmap either way. What you do with it afterwards, including whether you work with us again, is entirely your call.
Why not just hire an operations manager?
Sometimes a hire is the right answer. But a new hire adds capacity without fixing the process underneath, and adds another person the business depends on. The audit is a small, low-risk way to find out where the value is before you commit to something much bigger, and it may show what the role should actually do.
What happens once something has been built?
We can keep it running: maintenance, monitoring, improvements and minor workflow updates, ongoing training, and regular catch-up calls. Terms are agreed with the build, so you know what you're signing up to.
