I'm Alessandro. I help owner-led businesses work out where AI will actually help, and then make it stick.
Running a business is different from advising one
I started out in investment management and wholesale power trading, including time at Origin Energy, BT Financial Group and Mercer. That's where I learned to pull a business apart: how decisions get made, how work and logistics move, and where good people quietly carry process gaps nobody has time to close.
Now I run my own business, so I know what it's like to be the one it depends on. Owners trust other owners, and they don't want someone who has only worked in a corporate role telling them how to run their business. I'd rather sit next to you and work out what will actually help.
I want to help owner-led businesses scale and adopt new technology on their own terms, not get left behind while big corporates take the market. That's why I look for where your processes can improve first, and why I work directly with every owner myself.

I run every discovery call and every audit interview. You deal with the founder from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

Based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. I travel to see you, no matter where you are, and audits run interstate too.
